Job Description

PeopleReady Skilled Trades is looking for experienced low voltage technicians to assist in installing fire / alarm systems in commercial and residential properties. Job duties include the installation of fire alarm and security systems.

Pay is starting at $18/hr and up to $26/hr depending on electrical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Installation, repair or maintenance of alarm systems.
  • Feed cables through crawl spaces, holes in wall studs, tight spaces, in ceilings, attics or subfloor spaces.
  • Cut metal components for installation.
  • Measure materials or objects for installation or assembly.
  • Test alarm equipment or systems to ensure proper functioning.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Will be driving site to site daily.
  • Will be driving a company vehicle.
  • Ability to bend, walk, kneel, stand and climb through out the day.
  • Work well with others.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Pass drug test and background check.
