Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces for asphalt application by cleaning, leveling, and compacting.
Mix and apply asphalt materials according to specifications.
Monitor temperature and consistency of asphalt to ensure quality.
Qualifications & Experience
- OSHA-10 Certification (we offer complimentary training if needed)
- Previous experience in asphalt work or construction is a plus.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in construction.
