Job Description
As a Journeyman Mason with PeopleReady Skilled Trades, you’ll support commercial and industrial projects in multiple locations throughout Manchester NH. In this role, you’ll earn $35-45/hr DOE, enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits and a flexible work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lay bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry materials.
- Repair and maintain structures such as walls, floors, patios, and fireplaces.
- Mix mortar and grout, cut and shape materials, and use power and hand tools.
- Read blueprints and follow specifications to meet project requirements.
- Ensure work complies with building codes and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with foremen and other construction professionals.
- Experience in CMU, stone and brick
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a mason or bricklayer (minimum [X] years).
- Proficient in using masonry tools and techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and plans.
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting and working in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferre
The hourly rate for this position is $35.00-$45.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
