Job Description
Position: Certified Journeyman Electrician
Location: Richmond, California and surrounding areas
Pay Rate: $50.00 / hour
Shift/Hours: All shifts available
Are you an experienced electrician? Do you hold a valid California Journeyman’s Certification? Are you looking for a company that will keep you busy and connect you to a variety of projects?
People Ready is currently hiring Certified Electricians for upcoming projects in Richmond CA and the surrounding Bay Area! We are involved in a variety of projects including residential, commercial, industrial and solar installation.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting electrical components
- Pulling wires
- Using electrical and hand tools to bend conduit
- Installing fixtures
- Installing cable trays and raceways
- Making-up temp and permanent power panels
- Reading and understanding blueprints and schematics
- Maintaining safety practices at all times
Qualifications & Experience
- • Must be at least 18 years old
- • Must have previous electrical experience
- • Must have valid CA Journeymen Certification
- • Must know state and local building codes
- • Must be familiar with electrical tools and concepts
- • Must be familiar with electrical and construction safety practices
