Job Description
PeopleReady Skilled Trades is hiring for a Carpenter Foreman in Los Angeles, CA. In this temp-to-perm role, you’ll earn $40 per hour, enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits, and a flexible work schedule.
Responsibilities:
– Supervise and lead a crew of carpenters and other trades people.
– Assign daily and general responsibilities to team members.
– Train and mentor junior carpenters.
– Conduct performance evaluations and recommend personnel actions.
– Plan and oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
– Interpret project plans and blueprints to ensure work aligns with requirements.
– Perform hands-on carpentry work, including installing doors, cabinets, trim, base molding, and various other finish carpentry work as needed.
– Coordinate with clients, architects, project managers, and subcontractors.
– Manage materials and equipment, ensuring they are available and used efficiently.
– Monitor project expenses and ensure the project stays within budget.
– Ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities
The hourly rate for this position is $40.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
