Job Description

Responsibilities
- You’ll understand carpentry methods and have experience working on a commercial construction crew
- Measure, take-off, and organize materials for various construction activities
- Perform layout and construct rough framing – including roofs, eves, and stairs
- Build bracing, barricades, scaffolding, and other temporary structures
- Position, join and align structural components such as structural steel or pre-cast concrete
- Install windows, skylights, and other exterior enclosure accessories
- Perform selective demolition of buildings and other structures using hand tools and various types of equipment
Qualifications & Experience
- •Must have current 19 RIGHT TO WORK documents
- •Must have five years’ experience as a journey level Carpenter
- •Ability to adhere to safety standards
- •Ability to follow plans, specifications, and written work plans
- •Ability to work in varied and inclement weather conditions
- •Have reliable transportation to and from assigned varied work sites
- •Must be able to pass additional screenings required by the customer
- •Must be able to work the duration of the project
- •Must be able to provide verifiable work references
- Boom/ scissor lift certified preferred
