Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated tradesmen who enjoy transforming old and outdated concrete into highly durable, ascetically beautiful and unique flooring spaces. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of concrete preparation, coating materials, and installation techniques
Responsibilities
- Install various types of concrete coatings, including epoxy, urethane, and acrylic
- Prepare concrete surfaces for coating installation, including cleaning, etching, and repairing
- Grade, pour and finish concrete including forming, joint filling and spreading concrete
- Clean and organize tools
- Prep, grind and polish concrete
- Apply concrete coatings using specified process
- Remove existing floor removal if required
- Pressure wash, seal and apply finishing materials to concrete
Qualifications & Experience
- •Previous experience as a concrete coating installer or related field installing flooring
- •Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- •Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
