Responsibilities

JOB DUTIES:

COMMERCIAL DOOR & COMMERCIAL DOOR HARDWARE EXPERIENCE

INSTALL, FINISH & TRIM

Install commercial hardware systems including exit, entry and fire door sets.

Troubleshoot door lock related issues.

Qualifications & Experience

• • Be at least 18 years of age
• • Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
• • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• • Prior experience in carpentry with minimum 3 years of experience
• • Self-sufficient and fully tooled in the trade
• • E-Verify - Eligible to work in the USA
• • Verifiable work history that confirms your experience in the trade
• The hourly rate for this position is $$23-$30/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
