Job Description
- Experienced commercial service plumber with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
- Mandatory clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR. No more than 2 points within the last 5 years. Points are a combination of major/minor infractions.
a. No major infractions (DUI, vehicular manslaughter, reckless driving, etc.)
b. Typically two points or less for minor infractions (1–14 mph over the limit speeding, accidents, failure to obey signage) - Knowledge of sump pumps, grease traps, grease interceptors, and automatic flush valves.
- Must have own standard/basic hand and power tools.
- Willing to embrace and perform all aspects of the plumbing trade, including service, new construction, remodels, cabling drains, camera location, and digging.
- Familiar with troubleshooting commercial water heaters.
- Knowledge of soldering and ProPress.
- Shifts: Tuesday–Saturday (2nd shift) or Sunday–Thursday (3rd shift).
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Responsibilities
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Minimum 5 years of experience on commercial sites preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and laws in your area.
- Perform tests and use the results to diagnose problems.
- Have all the tools of your trade on hand and be able to bring them to your job site.
- California Journey Level License and/other certifications are a plus.
The hourly rate for this position is $35 - 50/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
