Job Description
PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking Skilled Installers for a commercial robotic storage system installation in Brown Summit, NC. Must be mechanically inclined, able to follow directions and learn quickly to do the repetitive tasks of the buildout. This is an elevated storage system for an automotive supply company. The assembly is interlocking like Legos. Our Installers will be building out the metal frame of the system but not working with the robotic pickers. The ideal candidates will have Auto store or similar type system experience and ability to work at heights often on lifts or climbing with safety harnesses. Position will require a drug and background screen prior to start. Anticipated start date is October 14th but this may vary dependent on availability of materials. Position will require use of proper PPE and also requires our workers wear a red short or long sleeve shirt each day.
Responsibilities
Installation of new inventory racking system for Automotive Industry Supplier. Must be willing to work 10 hour days started at 6:45 AM, Monday through Saturday.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualifications:
- - OSHA-10 Construction Safety Certification Required
- - References that will verify your professional skills and experience
- - Reliable transportation to and from job site
- - Must have steel toed work boots and all PPE's
- - Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
