Job Description
As a Journeyman Concrete Form Carpenter with PeopleReady Skilled Trades, you’ll support commercial and industrial projects in multiple locations throughout Manchester NH. In this role, you’ll earn $28-30 DOE , enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits and a flexible work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
- Build and set forms for concrete slabs, walls, columns, footings, etc.
- Cut, measure, and assemble lumber and plywood for forms
- Install bracing and support systems to ensure stability
- Work with concrete finishers and laborers during pours
- Strip forms and clean work area post-pour
- Ensure all work meets company and safety standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a concrete form carpenter (2+ years preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Familiarity with various forming systems and concrete techniques
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods
- OSHA 10/30 certification (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
The hourly rate for this position is $28.00-$30.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
