Job Description
· Correctly interpret blueprints, specifications, and project pans to meet client’s needs
· Use tools to cut and saw boards, timbers, or plywood to specific dimensions
· Move construction material by hand and with motorized equipment
· Load and unload materials, machinery, and tools
· Operate power tools, saws, vibrators, etc.
· Clean, inspect, and perform routine maintenance of equipment and tools
· Install post shores per instructions
· Monitor processes, materials, and/or surroundings
· Create and assemble forms by hand
· Set and strip wall forms
· Build shoring and braces
· Assist in pouring concrete
· Maintain a safe, clean job site according to OSHA and company guidelines
· Practice and adhere to all safety protocol
· Accurately erect forms, framework, scaffolding, etc.
· Ability to listen and follow directions
· Responsible and safe work on the jobsite, taking others and your own safety seriously
· Ability to organize and prioritize work
· will need their own tool kit
Responsibilities
Pay scale DOE $20-$22/hr.
· Minimum 5 years of experience
· OSHA 10 certified

Qualifications & Experience
- Must be 18 years of age with valid ID. References to verify your professional skills and experience. This work is not for the faint of heart - Strong work ethic and positive attitude will serve you well. Hard working and reliable. Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain in a stationary position for extended periods. Able to meet additional screening requirements when applicable. Must be a self-starter & be able to keep busy and help where needed.
