Job Description

We are seeking Mid-Level Electricians to join our team for a new construction project in Meriden, CT. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable company in a stable, long-term position through the end of 2025.

As part of our electrical team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of installation, wiring, and fixture duties under minimal supervision. You’ll start your day at the shop, travel with your team to the jobsite, and work collaboratively to complete electrical installations according to project specifications and safety standards.

Job Details

Location: Meriden, Connecticut
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM start time
Hours per Day: 8 hours
Pay Rate: $45/hour (minimum)
Parking: Onsite parking available at the shop.
Transportation: All days start at the shop. Electricians will ride in a company van to the jobsite.
Drug Test Required: No
Background Check Required: No

Job Responsibilities

Pull electrical wires and cables for new construction projects
Bend and install conduit and pipe
Install light fixtures, outlets, switches, and related electrical components
Read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Perform other electrical duties as assigned by the site supervisor

Responsibilities

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an electrician in commercial or new construction environments
Level: Mid-Level E2 or E1
Valid CT Journeyman License
Current OSHA Certification
Trade: Electrician
Tools: Must have standard electrician’s hand tools
License: Valid driver’s license preferred
Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

The hourly rate for this position is $45.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
