Responsibilities
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, 40 Hour Week
Construction / Renovation of Assisted Living facility specializing in patients with Dementia. Running copper, PVC and PEX piping along with install of all plumbing fixtures.
Tool Required: All specialty tools provided
- Hole Saw, Pipe Bender would be a plus. Channel Locks and Wrench Set required..
Qualifications & Experience
- Be at least 18+ years of age
- Current/Active Connecticut Plumbing License P1 /P2 or S1/S2
- OSHA 10 issued in the past 5 years Certification or a willingness to obtain it
- Experienced in wall rough in plumbing
- Experience with PVC with overhead copper.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Prior experience in the commercial field required
- Prior experience using Standard hand tools required with specialty tools provided by the client. required
- Position may require a drug screen
- The hourly rate for this position is $$43/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
