Job Description
We are looking to hire knowledgeable experience commercial construction Journeyman Carpenters and Skilled Labor use a variety of hand and power tools to accurately measure, cut and join wood, drywall, fiberglass, plastic and other building materials. Comfortable framing, measuring, completing trim and all finishing work.

Responsibilities
- Measure materials or distances, using square, measuring tape, or rule to lay out work.
- Cut or saw boards, timbers, or plywood to required size, using handsaw, power saw, or woodworking machine.
- Mark cutting lines on materials, using pencil and scriber.
- Study blueprints and diagrams to determine dimensions of structure or form to be constructed.
- Moving, securing, installing, building, and loading or unloading materials
- Some specialized tasks may require on-the job training
- Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment
- Moving items from place to place, according to direction from the site supervisor
- Perform their jobs safely and effectively
- Be part of the site team, jointly carrying out assigned tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2 minimum years of Commercial Construction and /or Commercial Carpentry experience
- OSHA Certification (Preferred)
- Be able to stand for up to 8-10 hours in a given day if needed
- Possess own hand tools.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted to your waist.
- Possess clear verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation
