Facilities Maintenance Technician – Midland, TX

Overview

Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service
• Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years experience as a Facility Maintenance Technician
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Must have OSHA 10 certification
• Work while standing, sitting, stooping, walking, bending, with hands over head and in prone position
