Job Description

Responsibilities
- Inspecting buildings, equipment and systems to identify any issues.
- Repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
- Planning and scheduling repairs.
- Effectively document and communicate work required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Must have 3+ years experience as a Maintenance Technician.
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of maintenance such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall repair and flooring repair.
- Proficiency reading assembly and blueprint drawings.
- Must have own hand tools and toolbox.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and transport a load up to 80 lbs.
- Ability to work bending, stooping, standing, sitting and lying down.
