Job Description
HVAC Technicians will be maintaining facility machinery. This will include changing of filters and coils. This is a 3 day a week job M (8 to 2), TH (8 to 2) and Sunday (8 to 2pm). On Sunday, the technicians will do the same service along with on site crane HVAC maintenance. Checking out the split units and drain lines.
Responsibilities
To assist with maintenance and repairs on facility machinery systems providing the customer with a quality experience. Spend time in each department learning the trade; run parts, install and service.
Qualifications & Experience
- PPE: Vest, steel toe boots, hard hat, safety glasses, gloves pants, and take a mask in case it is needed at any point during the day
- E-Verify - Eligible to work in the USA
- Basic Hand tools
- Minimum 1 year of experience on commercial or residential construction sites
- Worker need experience in: HVAC maintenance, split units, drain lines, changing oil filters and coils.
