Job Description
NOW HIRING!! HVAC helpers to assist Commercial Foreman with the installation of HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications. Must have knowledge of HVAC systems and the tools related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of these systems. Paying up to $19.00 an hour depending upon experience. Responsibilities
· Connecting gas lines to heating equipment.
· Cutting and threading pipes.
· Wiring both line voltage and low voltage to heating equipment.
· Installing copper refrigerant line to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing.
· Assisting with installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems on commercial properties.
· Operating a variety of hand and power tools needed for HVAC installation.
· Following instructions for picking up and delivering parts, tools, materials and supplies to and from the job site.
· Ensuring all tools, materials and equipment are in good working order.
· Helping to complete preventative maintenance on HVAC systems and the associated equipment.
· Coordinating with team members to provide excellent customer service.
· Ensuring all HVAC systems remain compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Qualifications & Experience
- • Must have current HVAC apprentice license/EPA Certification.
- • Familiarity with all tools and equipment necessary for HVAC installation and maintenance.
