Job Description
HVAC Technicians will be maintaining facility machinery. This will include changing of filters and coils. This is a 3 day a week job M (8 to 2), TH (8 to 2) and Sunday (8 to 2pm). On Sunday, the technicians will do the same service along with on site crane HVAC maintenance. Checking out the split units and drain lines.
Responsibilities
- Evacuating and charging HVAC units
- Checking refrigerants and other HVAC components with gauges and meters
- Five years of experience in residential or commercial HVAC work preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from jobsites
- Basic math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division on the fly
- OSHA 10 preferred – PeopleReady will help provide your OSHA training
- Able to lift 50 pounds in order to load and unload metal and other materials as well as carry needed tools to and from the jobsite
Qualifications & Experience
- E-Verify - Eligible to work in the USA
- Basic Hand tools
- Minimum 5 years of experience on commercial or residential construction sites
- Worker need experience in: brazing, soldering, evacuating and charging HVAC units, gauges, ducting, etc
