Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assemble and install hydraulic piping and hoses
- Connect hydraulic components to machinery and equipment
- Measure, cut, route, and secure hydraulic lines
- Install fittings, valves, connectors, and related components
- Inspect hydraulic connections for proper installation
- Assist with pressure testing and identifying leaks
- Perform minor welding and metal fabrication as needed
- Read diagrams, measurements, and equipment instructions
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
- Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures
Responsibilities
- Previous hydraulic technician, industrial mechanic, millwright, or related experience
- Experience assembling hydraulic hoses, piping, fittings, and components
- Basic welding experience
- Ability to read measurements and mechanical diagrams
- Ability to safely use hand, power, and welding tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to and from the Dayton jobsite
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
The hourly rate for this position is $29-$31/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
