Job Description

Responsibilities
- Assist with structural upgrade to trussed, assist with carport construction
- Working with metal and wood framing and concrete
- Using hand or electric tools to fabricate, cut, and install framework
- Reading and understanding blueprints and drawings
- Helping place and secure wood during the building process
- Being confident in framing, measuring, trim work, and finishing work
- Shift: 8AM - 4:30PM Monday - Friday
- Five plus years of rough/finish commercial carpentry experience
- Completing carpenter apprenticeship is a plus
- Strong experience with metal stud/wood framing, and concrete
- Scheduling and blueprint reading skills
- Basic math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division on the fly
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
The hourly rate for this position is $36 - 38/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
