Job Description
Peopleready Skilled Trades is now hiring for RI licensed journeyman electricians for a flat roof commercial solar project beginning ASAP. This position is paying $50/hr and journeyman are eligible for a $1000 sign on bonus. We are looking for quality tradesmen with experience in commercial solar that have at least 5 years of experience in the electrical field, including apprenticeship. OSHA-10 is preferred. Job consists of new installation of solar arrays, and will be performed on flat roof. No pitched roof work.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience on commercial construction sites
- RI Journeyman Electrician License
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and laws in Rhode Island
- Perform tests and use the results to diagnose problems – for example, when an outlet is not working, using a multimeter to check the voltage, amperage, or resistance to resolve the appropriate course of action
- Have all of the tools of your trade on hand and be able to bring them to your jobsite
- References that will verify your professional skills and experience
- Reliable transportation
