Overview

Responsibilities

• Have knowledge of state and local plumbing codes.
• Run copper, steel, and plastic PVC water pipes for sewer lines, drainage systems, HVAC systems, and other plumbing systems.
• Ability to cut and thread line, use compounds to seal connections, connect valves, and solder pipes as needed.
• Bend pipes to fit specific angles using a pipe-bending machine.
• Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
• Be responsible for overall customer satisfaction with regards to communication, workmanship and quality.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Physically able to stand, walk, crawl, crouch, kneel, bend and lift 15-50lbs repeatedly for long periods of time during a shift, with a "can do" attitude.
• Must follow safety regulations and wear proper safety equipment as job demands.

Qualifications & Experience

• • Must be 18 years of age with valid ID and Clean MVR record.
• • Valid Oregon or Reciprocating State Journeyman’s Plumbing License.
• • Experience in commercial, residential, and industrial plumbing fields.
• • Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours/week.
• • Excellent customer service skills with a professional appearance.
• • Must have strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• • Own Journeyman Plumbing tools, boots and have reliable transportation.
• • Verifiable work history that confirms your professional skills and experience.
