Job Description
If you are a Landscape Foreman in Rosemount, Minnesota looking for a great opportunity to show case your skills and experience, this is the position for you. We are looking for a foreman who has a minimum of 4 years’ experience in landscaping supervision, with the knowledge of overseeing and executing landscape construction projects, including retaining walls, paver patios, and other outdoor living spaces. The right candidate will be able to manage and have hands on of projects and techniques in the landscaping industry. Responsibilities
· Manage and lead a team in the field while meeting customers’ needs
· Supervise day to day operations and projects of landscaping and construction landscaping (retaining walls, paver patios, and
other hardscape features)
· Manage job site activities and quality, material deliveries, usage of equipment, safety polices and protocol
· Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Project Management, and Human Resources to ensure staff and projects progressing
· Provide training and evaluation for new hires and existing staff
· Great customer communication and professionalism
Qualifications & Experience
- - Minimum of 4 years of experience in landscape construction with a focus on hardscaping
- - Proven leadership and knowledge of managing projects and crews in the field
- - Must be able to read blueprints, project specifications, site plans, and material orders
- - Must have experience in operating landscaping equipment, knowledge of hardscape materials (including stone, concrete, pavers)
- - Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers, team, and management
- - Must be able have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- - Must be physically fit, able to lift heavy materials, and work in various weather conditions
- - Have strong work ethic, be reliable, and pay attention to details
- - CPR Certification is a plus
- The hourly rate for this position is $32.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
