Job Description
As Landscape Foreman with PeopleReady Skilled Trades, you’ll support a Custom Home Residential Contractor throughout Redwood City. Responsibilities
- Hours: Monday - Friday 32-40 hour work week
- Supervise and coordinate landscape installation and maintenance activities
- Assign tasks and monitor crew performance to ensure efficiency and safety
- Operate landscaping equipment and perform routine maintenance (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers)
- Liaise with clients and management regarding project updates and requirements
- Inspect job sites for quality assurance and address any deficiencies promptly
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, budget, and timelines
- Maintain accurate records of work hours, materials, and crew assignments
Qualifications & Experience
- • Be at least 18+ years of age
- • Prior field leadership role in landscape maintenance or installation.
- • Minimum 3 years of landscaping and supervisory experience preferred
- • Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
- • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
- Bilingual preferred.
The hourly rate for this position is $28.00-$32.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
