Job Description
PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking a Low Voltage Technician for a three week project in Concord. Duties include wiring telecommunications, video cameras, data networks, switches, terminating, telephones and etc. These will be at multiple Big Box stores and you will need your networking tools. These are NIGHT shift positions working a 12 hour shift from 7pm to 7am Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
Installing low voltage equipment and networks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualifications:
- - Basic math skills; addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division on the fly
- - Have all of the tools of your trade on hand and be able to bring them to your jobsite
- - References that will verify your professional skills and experience
- - Reliable transportation to and from job site
- - Must have all PPE's (Hard hat, Safety Glasses, Gloves, High Visibility Vest, and Steel Toed Boots)
- - Must come dressed in appropriate clothing (NO SHORTS OR TENNIS SHOES)
- - OSHA-10 Construction Certification preferred, not required
- - Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
