Job Description
PeopleReady Skilled Trades is now hiring for experienced Lull Operator to work a solar project in the Maine area. This is a 2 – 3-month long project with compensation ranging up to $29.00 HR.
Multiple Maine Project Locations: Ellsworth, and Masardis
Pay: UP TO $29/hr
Per Diem: $150/days worked
Schedule: 50+ hours depending on weather
Responsibilities
- Safely and effectively complete daily, weekly, and annual inspections and basic maintenance/minor repairs on equipment.
- Identify and avoid potential hazards and obstructions while operating.
- Familiarity and understanding of the contents and location of the operator's book.
- Clean equipment as scheduled and/or required.
- Will be expected to assist construction crews as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- • 3-5 years of experience operating a Lull machine is required.
- • Ability to work in a production environment where daily production goals are set, evaluated and optimized.
- • Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.
- • Self-motivated with the ability to work well with others.
- • Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
- • Proven commitment to safety and teamwork.
- • Have reliable transportation to and from work
- • Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift items weighing more than 50 pounds with assistance.
