Job Description
As Maintenance Technician with PeopleReady Skilled Trades, You’ll support commercial contractors throughout the Eugene, Oregon area-various properties. This is a Full-time, Temp-to-Perm Career opportunity! In this Maintenance Technician role, you’ll earn up to $24 an hour, enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits and flexible work schedule. Responsibilities
- Hours: Monday through Friday day shift. Weekend work potentially available. Weekend rotation.
- Complete punch list, light plumbing, fixtures, painting , garbage disposal repair, etc.
- Experience with refurbishing work of unoccupied units and occupied units
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow safety practices at all times
- Complete other duties assigned per direction of the Supervisor
Qualifications & Experience
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Must have 2+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician
- Must have reliable transportation- Job site location could change throughout the day. After hours on call rotation.
- Must have basic tools for the trade. We provide PPE.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, an walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds with or with accommodation.
- Position requires a Clean MVR and Drug screen.
