Maintenance Tech
Job Summary:
Entry-to mid-level maintenance position responsible for assisting with routine maintenance, basic repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preventative maintenance and routine equipment repairs
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow company safety procedures and guidelines
- Learn proper use of tools and maintenance equipment
- Support senior technicians with maintenance tasks
- Complete basic troubleshooting and repair work
- Follow work orders and instructions accurately
Responsibilities
1-3 years experiecen
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to perform physical work including standing, bending, lifting, and working in industrial environments
Advancement Opportunity:
Potential to advance into a Maintenance Technician Tier II role with additional training, certifications, and hands-on experience.
The hourly rate for this position is $$21.00-$23.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
