As a Residential Maintenance Technician, you will complete repair and maintenance work orders, including painting; electrical system maintenance; and replacement of ceiling fans, exhaust fans, and garage door openers and generally work to repair and improve anything that you can get your hands on, from plumbing to parking lots for our clients. Responsibilities
- This work will include unit turnover work
- Maintaining the grounds
- Will not involve any work in any occupied units.
- The maintenance technician must have some maintenance experience, with any previous apartment maintenance being preferred.
Qualifications & Experience
- The maintenance technician must have some maintenance experience, with any previous apartment maintenance being preferred.
- Able to read blueprints
- Possess strong computer and troubleshooting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
- Able to stoop, bend, and crouch, and to lift up to 50 pounds
