*$100 paid after working 120 hours- Laborers
*$250 paid after working 120 hours- Apprentices
*$500 paid after working 120 hours- Journey level
Responsibilities
- Ability to work with a manual lathe and mill bandsaw
- Set up and operate a variety of machines including mills and grinders to fabricate, modify, or repair mechanical instruments and equipment
- Ability to monitor equipment, replace worn cutting tools, check the accuracy of parts being produced
- Adjust offsets, and perform other tasks on several CNC machines that operate
- Finish projects using manual tools
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure they remain in good working order
Qualifications & Experience
- •Must have Valid RIGHT TO WORK DOCUMENTS for Employment in the US
- •3+ years of Manual Experience
- •Must have high-level mathematical skills
- •Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
- •CNC/AutoCAD Experience preferred
- •Must be able to work a Monday through Friday schedule – start time 7am
- •Must have excellent coordination and mechanical skills
- •Ability to lift up to 50 pound and perform repetitive tasks
