Pipefitter for Low Voltage Sprinkler System Installation at Camp Lejeune

Overview

Responsibilities

· Measure, cut and bend wire and conduit using measuring instruments and hand tools

· Maintain tools and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order

· Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code

Qualifications & Experience

• - Ability to read and comprehend blueprints for the Installation of prefabbed fire sprinkler pipe, use of power machine
• at times for cutting, threading small pieces to fit,
• - Ability to work off of ladders, in lifts to install (we provide approved safety lanyards), ability to take measurements and
• read tape measure,
• - Must be able to pass background check with clean record back 7 years, clean record of 10 years if there is/was a
• felony,
• - Must have valid DL, it is best to have the “real ID with star” or otherwise you have to bring an original or copy of birth
• certificate with raised seal.
• - Must have original social security card.
• - Must have primary tools, tape measure, channel locks, gloves, hard hat, safety vest, steel toe boots.
• - Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable
• accommodation
