Job Description
NOW HIRING!! PeopleReady Skilled Trades is currently hiring for a Punch List technician with strong carpentry skills, construction problem-solving skills, and comfortable working with power tools. The ideal candidate will be able to identify and complete punch list tasks for window and door installations as well as siding projects. This is a temp to perm opportunity. Responsibilities
- Punch Out Technician with experience to complete punch list tasks for window and door installations.
- Able to identify less standard installations and how to adjust and fix the product.
- Walk the jobsite and systematically inspect each installation efficiently.
- Using carpentry, painting, tiling, drywall experience to correct any defects in installation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Must have strong carpentry experience.
- Comfortable working with power tools, ability to do ladder work, both extension and step ladders,
- Ability to work outside and tolerate exposure to heat, sun and cold.
- Painting experience is a plus as well as minor tile repair, grout work and caulking.
- Must have a current drivers license and safe driving record.
