Job Description
As Skilled Carpenter with PeopleReady Skilled Trades, you’ll support Carpentry contractors throughout Danville, New Hampshire. In this long-term, temp-to-hire role, you’ll earn $22.00 – 28.00 an hour, enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits and a flexible work schedule. Responsibilities
Hours: Monday - Friday, 40+ hours
• Responsibilities Include but not limited to: Installer to ensure maximum productivity, while maintaining a safe job site, operating all tools in a safe manner, protecting customers properties and company assets at all times
• Adhering to company building methods, standards and requirements in regards to safety, quality, integrity and customer service
• Work is performed primarily at residential job sites rain or shine
• Working outdoors year round in New England climate
• Physical ability to lift 100+ lbs, independently, frequent standing for long periods, standing at heights on ladders, stooping, bending, kneeling, lifting, reaching, crawling, digging, and using repetitive wrist/hand motions on a daily basis in varying outdoor weather elements
Qualifications & Experience
- Be at least 18+ years of age
- Current/Active
- OSHA-10 preferred Certification or a willingness to obtain it
- Physical ability to lift 100+ lbs, independently, frequent standing for long periods, standing at heights on ladders, stooping, bending, kneeling, lifting, reaching, crawling, digging, and using repetitive wrist/hand motions on a daily basis in varying outdoor weather elements
- Prior experience in the residential field preferred
- Prior experience using Hand tools required
- Position may require a drug screen
