Job Description
Peopleready Skilled Trades is looking for Skilled Construction Labor in San Diego! As a Skilled Labor with PeopleReady Skilled Trades, you’ll support a large network of contractors throughout San Diego. In this Skilled Labor role, you’ll earn $20 an hour Payrates will vary depending on position and experience, enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits and a flexible work schedule. You can also earn up to a $1,500 bonus as part of our Respect the Craft tradesperson recognition program!

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON YOUR TRADE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Moving, securing, installing, building, loading, or unloading materials
- Assisting in the building or construction of various things
- Some specialized tasks may require on-the job training
- Effectively using heavy and light equipment, depending on the jobsite/assignment
- Moving items from place to place, according to direction from the site supervisor
- Site Clean up
- Digging
Qualifications & Experience
- - Basic Hands Tool required
- - Reliable transportation to move to multiple sites within the day
- - There is no minimal educational requirement, but specialized training in your trade is preferred
- - Experience on commercial, industrial, or residential construction sites preferred
- - Verifiable work history that shows professional skills and experience
- - Strong work ethic and safety oriented
- - Some assignment have additional screening requirements, such as background checks and/or drug tests
