Job Description

We’re looking for skilled laborers with some carpentry experience to help with residential home maintenance/repairs and home remodel projects in in Ohio.

Skilled Laborers or Helpers with experience in painting, patching, punch outs, general residential maintenance and remodeling of residential properties would be good fits for this position.

This role will be on-going work, with overtime possibilities, and temp to hire potential.

Responsibilities

Person will be responsible for painting, patching, punch outs, general residential maintenance and remodeling of residential properties.

Qualifications & Experience

  • -Must have RIGHT TO WORK DOCUMENTS for EMPLOYMENT in the US
  • -Have 6+ months of experience in the commercial/ residential field
  • -Ability to lift to 50 lbs. repetitively . Walk, move, bend, twist, ,stand, and lift for a long periods of time
  • -Own basic hand tools and work boots. We provide PPE
  • -Have reliable & consistent transportation to and from work
  • -Must be able to provide verifiable work references at the time of application
