SOLAR Certified Licensed Terminator Electricians – Ohio Residents

Overview

Responsibilities

Electrical Medium Voltage Cable Terminators.

Ability to read and understand instruction manual for termination kits.

Detail oriented and consistent with cable insulation stripping conductor cleaning.

Competent working with electrical components while de-energized.

Terminate Combiner Boxes.

Installing solar panels - working all aspects of the project from AC/DC Wiring, String Wire, actual Installation of the Solar PV Modules, and Motor Controllers.

Knowledge of solar materials, including modules, inverters, and monitoring systems.

AC/DC Wiring and String Wire.

Proficiency in electrical and switch gear wiring.

Panel/LV work.

Layout, bend, thread and install conduit.

Trench with shovel and install PVC raceway.

Pull and terminate aluminum direct bury wire.

Supervise the work of apprentices.

Perform electrical testing and commissiong.

Comprehend / adhere to company policy safe work practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• 18 years of age with a valid ID.
• Current/Valid State Electrician License or Electrical Certificate.
• Have tools of the trade and be able to bring them to job with you.
• References to verify your professional skills and experience - A resume.
• Able to lift up to 50+ lbs and remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
• Reliable and able to work the assigned shift.
• Safety must always be your FIRST priority.
• Able to pass additional screens when applicable.
• Additional electricians tools will be provided by the customer - Steel Toed Boots and Hot/Cold Weather Gear are your requirement.
• This work is not for the faint of heart - Strong Work Ethic and Positive Attitude will serve you well.
