Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Solar Laborers to assist on Renewable projects in Orange county. The ideal candidate will have experience in solar panel installation and a strong understanding of electrical systems. As a Solar Laborer with PeopleReady Skilled Trades you will aid in the successful installation and maintenance of solar systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of solar PV panels and associated equipment.
- Assist in performing electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and maintenance on solar systems.
- Perform miscellaneous labor tasks; manually move materials, load/unload, etc.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all work activities.
- Collaborate with team members on project tasks and timelines.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working conditions.
Qualifications & Experience
- OSHA 10 construction safety
- Previous experience in solar panel installation or related field.
- Solid communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
