Job Description
- Completing assigned daily checklists and ensuring tasks are prioritized.
- Performing timely completion of work orders and promptly reporting any issues or delays to the Maintenance Manager.
- Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems with equipment to minimize downtime.
- Assisting with preventive maintenance tasks across the plant as directed.
- Supporting production teams in meeting operational standards and requirements.
- Ensuring all equipment is operational and functioning correctly after completing repairs or maintenance.
- Contributing to continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including sweeping and cleaning tools and workspaces daily.
- Properly disposing of old parts in compliance with disposal and hazardous material regulations.
- Identifying and recording any quality or process-related problems and initiating corrective actions.
- Signing out and accounting for all parts removed from inventory for repairs.
- Adhering to all safety, EEOC, and OSHA policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
- 10 + Years of proven experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role, with expertise in the listed technical disciplines.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and other technical issues.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and compliance with OSHA standards.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Ensure minimal equipment downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Complete all assigned work orders and preventive maintenance tasks 100%.
- Maintain the highest quality standards in all work performed.
- Keep the work area clean and safe at all times.
- Demonstrate initiative in addressing and resolving any nonconformities related to equipment, processes, or systems.

The hourly rate for this position is $36 - $39/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
