Job Description
PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking TDLR licensed apprentice electricians with commercial and/or industrial experience. Must be able to bend pipe and pull wire. Must have reliable transportation, tools including cordless impact, ability to pass background check, and valid apprentice license. Have OSHA certification or willing to obtain. Must be local – no per diem is offered. Pay is $25-29/hour, depending on experience. Please call 405-323-3390.
Responsibilities
- Review blueprints along with building code specifications to determine work details and procedures
- Measuring, cutting, and bending wire and conduit using measuring instruments and hand tools
- Maintaining tools, vehicles, and equipment and keeping parts and supplies in order
- Performing semiskilled and unskilled laboring duties related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide variety of electrical systems and equipment
- Following state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code
- Must be able to efficiently bend pipe
Qualifications & Experience
- Current/active apprentice license (TDLR)
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must have tools of the trade
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work 6x10's
- Must have OSHA certification or willing to obtain
- Looking for electricians open to day or night shifts
