Job Description
PRST is hiring experienced carpenters and skilled laborers in the Santa Rosa market who want steady work across high-end custom homes and commercial construction projects. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship and can adapt between residential detail work and commercial job sites, this is a strong fit. Pay Range $23-$30 an hr DOE.
What You’ll Be Doing

Finish and rough carpentry on luxury custom homes

Install cabinets, doors, windows, base and case moldings, and specialty millwork

Framing, layout, and structural carpentry on commercial projects

Read and execute plans, shop drawings, and specifications

Work independently or as part of a crew to meet schedule and quality standards

Maintain jobsite safety and professionalism across varied project types
What We’re Looking For
-
Proven experience as a Carpenter or skilled construction laborer

Comfort working on both high-end residential and commercial job sites

Strong finish skills preferred; rough carpentry experience a plus

Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions

Reliable transportation and basic hand tools

Solid work ethic, accountability, and attention to detail
Responsibilities
Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
Ability to work in all types of weather
Must be punctual and reliable.
12 months minimum construction industry experience
Access to reliable transportation
Must have basic tools of the trade.
The hourly rate for this position is $23 - 30/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
