At PeopleReady Skilled Trades, we take time to show our respect and appreciation for the hard work, talent and dedication of our tradespeople. But we think true recognition requires more than words. That’s why we’re excited to announce that our Respect the Craft™ program has been revamped to include meaningful prizes that were carefully selected to help tradespeople grow and thrive in their careers.

The way it works is simple: The more our tradespeople work, the more milestones they hit as they build their home at PeopleReady Skilled Trades. And with every milestone achieved, our hardworking tradespeople unlock new prizes — ranging from T-shirts, jackets and boots to drills and nail guns! Important Details:

• Eligible hours worked are tracked starting with January 1, 2024. No previous hours will be counted towards the program.
• Workers on marine job sites are not eligible for the Respect the Craft program.
