Tools for the Trades is our way of celebrating the insights that help newer tradespeople build confidence, sharpen their skills, and find their footing in the industry. Whether it’s advice about showing up prepared, working safely, or staying committed through the tough days, your experience can make a real difference for someone just starting out.
That’s why, throughout Respect the Craft Month, we’re inviting tradespeople to share the knowledge gained on real jobsites through long days, problem-solving, and persistence. As a thank you for sharing your perspective, three tradespeople will be selected to receive a Respect the Craft Type 2 safety helmet. We can’t wait to hear about your Tools for the Trades!
