Benefits Information

Welcome to the PeopleReady Skilled Trades team! As a newly hired tradesperson you are eligible to enroll in our Tradesperson Benefit Program. You will find that we have many options to choose from that include medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D, short-term disability, critical illness, accident, hospital indemnity and more.

You will have 30 days from the date of your first check to complete your enrollment appointment. If you miss your window, your next opportunity will be during our annual open enrollment event held in October/November for coverage effective the following January, or if you experience a qualifying life event such as a marriage or birth of a child.

A week after receiving your first paycheck, you will have an opportunity to schedule a 30-minute appointment with a benefits counselor to have a one-on-one personalized discussion regarding the available benefits, ask any questions and enroll in coverage.

Remember, you must wait until a week after receiving your first paycheck for your eligibility information to be updated with our providers for the benefits counselor to enroll you. Schedule your appointment by calling 888.583.7575, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-8 PM ET, or online through this scheduling link. We believe that making the most informed decisions about your benefit options is important for you and your family. Take time to review your choices by reviewing our benefits site or browsing the benefits guide to learn more. Again, welcome to the team, we are excited to have you on board!
