At PeopleReady Skilled Trades, we believe preventing injuries and property damage is vital for the well-being of our craftsmen and women. No job is so important, and no deadline is so urgent, that you should not take the time to perform the work safely. PeopleReady Skilled Trades has adopted an Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) and training manual to ensure a safe and healthy workplace for you. In addition, for your safety, PeopleReady Skilled Trades consistently uses the Right Match Dispatch philosophy. We do not dispatch on a first-come, first-served basis. Rather, we match your skills and past work experiences with the specific needs of our customers. This not only benefits our customers by helping provide the services they require, but more importantly, this also helps ensure that you are placed on a job that matches your specific skills and experience and as a result prevents injury.
We have more than 25 years of experience in resource management and workforce compliance, and our rigorous employee onboarding process reduces your hiring risk. We make it a priority to be sure that every associate meets U.S. employment eligibility requirements. Our skills tests, integrity tests, and verification processes help ensure that associates meet your quality standards.
We provide customer-specific orientation and training for health and safety. PeopleReady Skilled Trades works closely with customers on safety concerns throughout the job and regularly visits jobsites.
PeopleReady Skilled Trade’s IIPP has been legally vetted for compliance and was designed to reduce injuries and illnesses. As a supplement to the company’s IIPP, we created our BeSafe program. Safety is at the heart of everything we do. Simply put, we can’t achieve our company’s mission if our employees do not come home safely at the end of each work day. That is the commitment that spurred the creation of the PeopleReady Skilled Trades BeSafe program. Through BeSafe, our local teams approach safety with common processes and best practices. Safety goes hand-in-hand with our values – to Be Optimistic, Be Passionate, Be Accountable, Be Respectful, and Be True; we must also BeSafe.
