Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Foreman/Superintendent to oversee field operations on a cleanroom construction project. This individual will coordinate manpower, maintain productivity, and ensure crews work safely and efficiently while meeting project schedules and quality expectations.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily field activities
Direct and manage manpower to maximize productivity
Keep crews motivated and working efficiently throughout the project
Communicate with project management regarding workforce needs and progress
Ensure work is completed according to project plans and schedule
Enforce all site safety policies and procedures
Conduct daily toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Resolve field issues and support crews as needed
Responsibilities
Previous experience as a Foreman, Superintendent, or Lead on commercial or industrial construction projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience coordinating multiple trades and field personnel
Ability to read plans and manage daily work activities
Dependable with excellent attendance and work ethic
Requirements
OSHA 10 Certification (Required) – A copy of the OSHA 10 card or certificate must be submitted before starting.
Standard hand tools
Full PPE required:
Steel toe boots
Hard hat
Safety glasses
High-visibility vest
Work gloves
The hourly rate for this position is $35.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
