Job Description
- Install high-end residential finishes including Custom trim, baseboards, window/ door casings, crown molding, cabinetry, built-ins, paneling, wall treatments, stair components, and specialty millwork
- Interpret architectural plans, designer specifications, and finish schedules with minimal supervision
- Perform precise measurements, layout, and cutting custom installations
- Use of a variety of hand and power tools to create flawless finish details
- Ensure all work meets the highest quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Collaborate closely with the site supervisors, designers, and other trades to maintain project timelines and design intent
- Construct Hemlock ceiling work inside and outside. Including soffits
- Follow safety practices at all times
Responsibilities
- Be at least 18+ years of age. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the US
- Must have 5+ years’ experience in High-end Custom home residential finish / trim carpentry
- Expert-level knowledge of finish carpentry techniques, joinery, and high-end materials
- Experience working with millwork, hardwoods, exotic woods, and premium finishes
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a complex, detail-rich environment
- Experience installing luxury cabinetry and custom built-ins preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to repeatedly lift up to 50lbs in order to load and unload wood and other materials
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
The hourly rate for this position is $35.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
