Job Description
As a Carpenter with PRST, you’ll support a HIGH-END Custom home Contractor in the Hillsboro, Oregon area. As a high-end custom home tradesperson, YOU are a master craftsperson who possess advanced technical skills and a meticulous eye for detail to create exceptional, custom work for luxury properties.
In this Carpenter role, you’ll earn $35 an hour and enjoy weekly pay, health insurance benefits, a flexible work schedule, referral bonus programs, and OSHA 10 training( Available if interested) .

- Hours: Monday through Friday day shift. Weekend work potentially available.
- Strong focus on the details of a home, including installing intricate cabinetry, custom millwork, detailed trim, and interior casework.
- Create and install custom, high-quality cabinetry for kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas of the home.
- Construct Hemlock ceiling work inside and outside. Including soffits.
- Read and understand complex architectural drawings and design specifications to ensure the finished product meets the highest standards and precise vision of the client.
- Expertly installing all types of interior trim, including baseboards, crown molding, window casings, and door surrounds with superior craftsmanship.
- Perform highly accurate measurements and cuts to ensure the structural framework fits perfectly and meets specific project requirements.
- Follow safety practices at all times.
Responsibilities
- Be at least 18+ years of age. Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
- 5+ years of HIGH-END residential carpentry, expert knowledge of woodworking techniques, blueprints, and safety, exceptional attention to detail for superior craftsmanship, strong tool proficiency, and excellent communication skills
- Skillful and safe operation of both hand and power tools.
- Reliable transportation to and from jobsites
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds in order to load and unload wood and other materials as well as carry needed tools and materials to and from the jobsite.
The hourly rate for this position is $35.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
