Concrete Finisher

Overview

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints
• Layout
• Mix and pour concrete from the truck
• Lay rebar
• Slab work
• Install RAAC
• Broom finish
• Screed and edge concrete on curbs, gutters, and sidewalks and finish- approximately 3.5 yards of flat work
• Operate trowel machine, concrete saw, grinder, jack hammer, etc.

Qualifications & Experience

• • E-Verify - Eligible to work in the USA.
• • Fully tooled and self-sufficient in the trade.
• • Minimum 5 years of experience on commercial and/or residential construction sites.
• The hourly rate for this position is $30-31 /hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
