Responsibilities
- Smooth, level, and finish freshly poured concrete
- Operate hand and power finishing tools
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Perform concrete patching, edging, and joint work
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Work collaboratively with crews to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications
- 5+ years of concrete finishing experience preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure and construction drawings
- Experience with sidewalks, slabs, foundations, and flatwork
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
The hourly rate for this position is $35 - $38/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
