Job Description
PeopleReady Skilled Trades is currently hiring a Finish Concrete Carpenter for projects in Germantown, TN. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a reputable company offering steady hours and the potential for merit and annual bonuses. Job Responsibilities
- Perform concrete finishing tasks including staining, stamping, sealing, and polishing
- Apply epoxy-type coatings on surfaces such as pool decks, garage floors, and other concrete floors
- Work on commercial and residential job sites
- Assist with surface preparation and finishing systems
- Safely carry and handle 40–50 lb five-gallon pails of materials
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow company procedures and safety standards
- Participate in systems training and certifications
Responsibilities
- Experience in concrete finishing or epoxy floor coatings
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (must drive personal vehicle to job sites)
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Must be honest, dependable, hardworking, and professional
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry 40–50 lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to complete training and certification programs
- Must pass periodic drug testing
The hourly rate for this position is $20.00-$25.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
