Job Description
PeopleReady Skilled Trades (PRST) is seeking a motivated Plumber / Pipefitter for a large-scale construction project in Windsor Locks, CT.
This project involves the ground-up construction of three private jet hangars, starting with underground phases. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial construction and underground piping systems.
- Position: Plumber / Pipefitter
- Location: Windsor Locks, CT
- Pay Rate: $46.00 – $48.00 per hour
- Bonus: $2000
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Start Time: 7:00 AM
- Project Type: New Construction (Private Jet Hangars)
- Parking: Onsite
Job Duties Include:
- Installing underground piping systems
- Assisting with early-phase construction work
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and plans
- Working alongside crews to complete large-scale builds
- Following all job site safety requirements
Responsibilities
- Experience as a plumber or pipefitter in commercial construction
- Experience with underground piping preferred
- OSHA 10 certification required
- Ability to pass a background check (NSOR – minor infractions acceptable)
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have standard plumbing/piping hand tools and Standard PPE
- Ability to work Monday–Friday starting at 7:00 AM
- Strong work ethic and reliability

The hourly rate for this position is $$46.00 - $48.00/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
