Job Description
-
Assemble control panels according to specifications and schematics (This is small gauge wire TR-64 used to connect various adapters that will function to power custom water fountain displays).
-
Perform electrical wiring, ensuring all connections are secure and meet safety standards.

Working knowledge of related components such as: Din Rails, PLC's, VFD Drives, Motors, Fuses, Relays, Power Supplies, Separators, Jumpers, Caps, Blocks, Bus, Switches, Terminal Blocks etc..

Perform Lay-outs, Punch, drill, tapp, wire routing, labeling, cable terminating and crimping, etc..

Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment for assembly tasks.

Test completed panels for functionality, troubleshooting any issues that arise

Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve assembly processes

Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency

Responsibilities
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- California Journey Level License or ET Card required.
The hourly rate for this position is $27 - 33/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.
